Continuing the three-year, themed cycle of work which has seen its members reach record levels of giving, even in these straitened economic times, the focus of the Guild's work is to be bold and strong in our communities, nation and world, both in sharing our faith and resources, and in doing everything in our power to bring about positive change.
The strategy 'Be Bold, Be Strong' will see members invited to raise awareness of, pray for, and fundraise for the following areas of work with these partner organisations.
These six projects running from 2015-2018 will surely inspire and encourage members to support them with "worship, prayer and action."

This Sunday, 15th November there will be the
Guild Dedication Service
at Kelvinbridge at 11am
We will hear about the Guild Projects for the three year period 2015-2018
The Guild will be serving a fundraising lunch on Sunday 22nd November after the service, entry by donation, to raise funds to support these projects.
This Sunday we will also remember the themes of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign
Details below are taken from the Guild facebook page
Towards the end of this month, we begin '16 Days' - a special focus of prayer for those affected by domestic violence, coinciding with a wider campaign of activism against gender-based violence (see The Official 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign page). In our prayers, we also remember those affected by AIDS, and pray for International Justice Day too.
From 25 November - 10 December, we're joining together wherever we are at 4pm each day to pray. If you'd like a copy of our printed prayer diary, with a Bible verse and prayer for every day, please do get in touch.
